I am a medical device design engineer who currently resides in beautiful downtown Oakland, California. My mission is to close the healthcare equality gap and to be a global citizen. I am passionate about user-centered and human factors design of medical technologies to ensure accessibility and usability in all areas around the world.

Aside from medical device development, I am an experienced event and travel photographer and aspiring food writer and chef. Originally from Texas, I served as the President and co-founder of Project 120, a pro bono media consultancy that provided free photography, videography, and graphic design to local Houston-area nonprofits and charities. I was also the author of a comprehensive review of milk tea and tapioca in Houston and a contributing photographer for Rice Paper, Houston's second ever Asian American culture print magazine.
